The Final Word: Inspirational Outro
This new chapter of my life is unfolding, inspired by a desire to share more long-form content straight from the heart. For those who don’t know, I’ve spent over 20 years as a bookkeeper, working with multi-million-dollar businesses on the East End of Long Island. Most recently, I’ve owned my own firm, growing it to its full capacity—unless I wanted to hire a team and take on the challenges of managing people.
Here’s the thing: I don’t want to hire and manage a team. My time is capped by the number of clients I can serve, and that’s just not the direction I want to take anymore. So, I’m shifting gears, leaning into new income streams, and exploring other passions, which I’ll share here along the way.
And as a little bonus, you might get some juicy (and often comical) glimpses into my life—because, honestly, it’s too good not to share.
The Ritual Rundown (Quick Tips)
Mind: Start a gratitude journal. Write down 3 things you’re grateful for every morning.
Body: Commit to 10 minutes of gentle movement each morning (stretching, yoga, or a walk).
Finances: Open a high-yield savings account and name it your "Freedom Fund."
Soul: Light a candle during your evening routine and set an intention for restful sleep.
Feature Ritual: Winter Mapping – Setting Intentions for the Year Ahead
The start of a new year is a blank canvas, and winter is the perfect season to slow down, reflect, and map out your vision with clarity and intention. Winter mapping is about aligning your goals with the season’s energy—quiet, restorative, and introspective—so you can build a foundation for a year that feels aligned and powerful.
Why Winter Mapping?
Clarity: It helps you focus on what truly matters, so you can let go of the rest.
Alignment: It connects your goals with the rhythm of the season, setting you up for sustainable growth.
Peace: It creates space to dream without the pressure of immediate action.
How to Create Your Winter Map
Reflect on the Past Year
What did you achieve that you’re proud of?
What felt heavy or misaligned that you’re ready to release?
What surprised you about yourself?
Envision the Year Ahead
How do you want to feel this winter? (Choose 3 core feelings: calm, inspired, abundant.)
What areas of your life need more intention—mind, body, soul, or finances?
Set Seasonal Goals
Break your intentions into small, seasonal actions.
Mind: Start journaling once a week.
Body: Commit to gentle movement daily.
Soul: Take one afternoon a week for rest or creativity.
Finances: Save $100 toward your “Freedom Fund” this month.
Choose a Guiding Word
Pick one word or phrase that reflects your focus for the winter.
Example: Nourish, Align, Ease, Light.
Create Your Map
Use a journal, planner, or a vision board to visually map out your intentions.
Highlight your “non-negotiables” for the season—small, consistent steps that keep you aligned.
Your Winter Challenge:
Spend 30 minutes this week creating your winter map. Make it personal, intentional, and rebellious—this is your life, and you get to define it.
Pro Tip: Set a cozy scene. Light a candle, play calming music (hint: see the Winter Glow Playlist), and let your creativity flow.
For the Love of Money
Money is love in action—it supports the life you want to create. This week’s focus: Building your Freedom Fund.
Hot Tip: Open a high-yield savings account (try Wealthfront) and set up an automatic transfer, even if it’s just $10 per week. Label it something inspiring like "Dream Life" or "Freedom Fund."
Affirmation:
"Money flows to me easily and supports my growth and freedom."

Quote: "Your rituals shape your reality."
Glow-Up Goal
This Week’s Goal: Create Your Winter Map
Set aside 30 minutes this week to reflect, dream, and design your vision for the winter season. Your goal isn’t perfection—it’s intention.
Steps to Get Started:
Grab a journal, planner, or blank paper.
Reflect on what you want to leave behind in 2024 and what you want to welcome in 2025.
Choose three areas to focus on (e.g., self-care, finances, creativity).
Write down one small, actionable step for each area to guide your winter.
Pro Tip: Treat this as a ritual. Light a candle, sip your favorite tea, and play the Winter Glow Playlist.
Share Your Map:
Reply to this newsletter or share a photo of your map with me on Instagram! I’d love to celebrate your vision with you.
The Black List: What We’re No Longer Tolerating This Week
It’s time to get clear about what’s no longer serving us. Each week, we’re burying the habits, thoughts, and patterns that hold us back.
This Week’s Black List:
Overthinking every decision.
Saying “yes” when you mean “no.”
Letting fear dictate your dreams.
Toxic hustle culture vibes.
Ignoring your own needs.
What’s on your Black List this week? Hit reply and let me know—I might feature your addition in the next issue!
The Final Word
Rebellion isn’t about chaos—it’s about choosing yourself in a world that often asks you to forget. This week, take a step toward yourself. Even the smallest rituals create ripples of transformation.
You’ve got this, rebels. Until next week.
